You CAN control your anxiety
"Anxiety" is just a label. If you have feelings of uncertainty, hesitation, nervousness or fear then you probably believe you have anxiety, or are anxious.
The most common question I ask my clients is usually, "How do you know when to be anxious?" After all, they are very good at doing whatever it is, but what is it they do?
Normally, there is a pattern to anxiety; it is seldom random and is often accompanied by some form of depression.
"Anxiety" is simply a learned response; and what you have learnt to do you can unlearn. And that is where I come in -
